Shipping policy

  1. Shipping time and handling
    Standard processing time: All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding holidays).
    Delay Notice: Customized products or peak season orders may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of the latest progress via email.
  2. Delivery range and logistics
    Shipment location: All goods are dispatched from the warehouse in Austria, covering major European countries such as Germany, France, Italy, etc.
    International transportation: Global delivery is supported. Additional shipping fees or extended delivery times may occur in remote areas. The settlement page will automatically calculate the charges.
  3. Freight and customs duties
    Within Europe: Free shipping for orders over €150, and a standard shipping fee of €9.99 will be charged for orders less than €150.
    Outside Europe: Freight charges are calculated based on destination and weight, and customs duties are borne by the buyer (in accordance with local customs policies).
  4. Logistics tracking and signature for receipt
    After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number and the tracking link.
    Please check the appearance of the package in time. If any damage or loss is found, please contact contact@homedecorass.com within 48 hours after signing for it and provide photo evidence.
  5. Returned and undelivered packages
    Transportation damage: Free return and exchange are supported. A damage certificate issued by the logistics company is required.
    Logistics loss: If the package is not updated within 30 days after the estimated delivery time, we will re-ship it or offer a full refund.
