Due to the special attributes of the product (such as custom size, fragile materials, hygiene considerations, etc.), we currently do not support no-reason returns or refunds. All sales are final transactions, except in the following exceptions:
If the goods are damaged during transportation: Please provide photo/video evidence to contact@homedecorass.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt.
For wrongly dispatched items: Please provide a comparison chart between the order number and the incorrect item. We will resend the correct item for free. - User Responsibility
Inspection obligation: Please check the integrity of the goods on the spot when signing for receipt. Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Customized product description: If the product is custom-designed (such as curtain, furniture size, etc.), placing an order is regarded as confirming the requirement and cannot be changed or cancelled. - After-sales support
